Day one

So here's goes today's attempt: most of what I'm eating now is picked from a diet plan

Breakfast: small bowl of mini weetabix(plain) handful of blueberries and raspberries with soya milk and sprinkling of sweetner (to make it bearable)

Snack: banana

Lunch: salad (lettuce, tomatoe, cuecumber, pepper) with seafood sticks and quorn turkey
            Minestrone mug shot
            Yoghurt and pudding rice

Snack: mixed grapes

Dinner: grilled bacon, low fat creme fraiche , onion and parsley pasta

Treat: pink and white wafer biscuit

A very good day for day one I think, shame I couldn't fit in any exercise today but it's definatley a start, got to try hard over the weekend as I find temptation is usually greater at the weekend!

  1. Hey!! (Btw ive seen ur email, ive replied but its sitting in my drafts atm) with ur food, if u could, I wouldnt have eaten all that for lunch. The salad alone is basically a meal, let alone the soup as well. And defo only one pudding, not yoghurt and pudding rice. Something ive recently learnt is u should really only have 2 portions of fruit a day and the rest veg because the sugars are to high in fruit and it builds up just the same as a choc bar. Ive now gone to chopping up a carrot and snacking on that, and although it may sound mega strange, frozen petite peas (the poppy ones lol) are an epic snack, they r refressing, and also like sweets, just mega healthy so great alround...dont think im completly barny just yet lol. If u can also, when doing exercise, trying and carry added weight as it makes ur body think u way more so works hard to burn off the fat c: hope this helps, tell me to shut up if not lol xxx

  2. Sorry didn't explain myself very well the salad and cup a soup probably wasn't completely neccesaary but it was a bit of a bid to stop myself from wanting the sorts of snacks I would of done mid afternoon, so withdrawing myself a little slowly but thanks for the pointer so to work on. Ah the pudding rice is lousy boiled rice mixed with a fat free yoghurt (it's a sw tip I learnt) thanks for the pointers on fruit and veg, I'll give it a go. I love peas they are my fav vegetable. I gave the green tea a go too, no good for me I'm afraid :( xx
